US Vice President Mike Pence has ruled out using the 25th Amendment to remove outgoing President Donald Trump. According to reports, Pence told the House leaders on Tuesday that he does not support invoking the 25th Amendment process to remove Donald Trump, all but guaranteeing an imminent impeachment vote against the president.
